If you want to make a change by choosing a wrong size, you can do it.

If you live in the Federal Capital you can go through our Showroom and always make the change with prior notice to the Mail or Whatsapp without exception.

We will verify the status of the garments (only changes for unused products will be accepted). If they are in conditions, we will deliver the requested garments.

If there is a difference in your favor, you can use it as part of the payment for another product or it will remain on account through a credit code only valid for online purchases. In no case will cash returns be made.

If the difference is in favor of the brand, the customer must cancel it through a payment coupon in order to obtain the higher value product.

If the customer paid for a shipment (or made the minimum purchase for free shipping) and wishes to exchange garments for a different size, they must pay again for the return shipments.



In the case of a return of a product purchased on the site, it must be managed up to 10 days after receiving the package and returns are made only due to factory defects. The products must be in the same state in which they were sent, with their corresponding label and packaging. A credit coupon will be generated for the amount paid for the client to use whenever they want, or reimbursement in the same form of payment made by the client. If you have paid for a shipment, its value will not be returned, only the value of the garments.



In the event that the customer has not been at home, or if the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, and the order is returned to our home, the customer must pay the shipping cost again. .
